About Marisela Cotilla

Marisela Cotilla has over thirty-five years of experience in luxury residential, commercial real estate, and mortgage lending. Marisela's experience has allowed her to service prominent clients such as GE Capital, Tribune Media, The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Barnett Bank, and Kenworth Truck Company, just to name a few. While working as an investment broker she closed more than $220M in commercial properties. She has worked with the real estate brokerage firms CB Richard Ellis, Marcus and Millichap, and The Codina Group. Marisela was also the driving force behind launching one of Palm Beach County’s most luxurious residential high-rise projects; The Bristol.

Currently, she is pursuing her passion for sales in several capacities. As Executive Director of Luxury Sales, she leads a Concierge Service Team, known as The CBG Team. These services combine the latest technologies with a personalized and focused approach, providing an array of services with various advisors at every stage of the transaction process. Marisela's global and international experience allows for the intricate needs and coordination of those clients that may own several homes in multiple locations nationally or globally. Marisela fosters a "Team Approach" to servicing her client's needs with the understanding that different skills are needed to provide an exceptional experience.
