Lainie entered the real estate industry in 2010 & has since earned her role as an accomplished agent. She has successfully represented a wide array of clients in the purchase and sale of various types of real estate. Personally, she has been a buyer, seller, investor and represented new developments from the ground up;  truly understanding first-hand the stress real estate transaction can bring. Lainie’s thorough understanding of the intricacies of a transaction allow her to anticipate and head-off potential obstacles.

Lainie is dedicated to educating and assisting buyers and sellers to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience without leaving any money on the table. Every client becomes a lifelong friend. She loves nothing more than helping people find a property they love or selling a home they have adored for years and then helping them move onto the next phase of their lives.

Her broad business background includes careers in event planning and in wholesale/retail sales where she focused on exceptional customer service. She is highly organized, hard-working, very detail-oriented and has developed a large referral network on Long Island & in Florida, as well as around the country. She is uniquely knowledgeable about the neighborhoods that she services. Lainie can assist with carefully vetted recommendations for title companies, attorneys, lenders, contractors, applying for NYS Star exemptions, Homestead exemptions, Veterans exemptions and permitting.

Lainie is proud to be part of the JZ Collective at Compass in Long Island and prides herself on offering clients a hands-on, full-service experience - advising on all facets of the real estate process with a proven track record of remarkable results. Since October 2022, Lainie has been a part of the CBG Luxury Team at Compass in Boca Raton. Lainie has expanded her real estate experience in new development along the east coast of Florida. She and the team can assist you with all your Florida real estate needs.

Lainie holds a BS in Business Administration with a specialty in Analytical Marketing from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She has a love for life, learning & people. She truly enjoys mentoring new agents and helping them become seasoned professionals. She currently splits her time between Long Island and Boca Raton.
